Each day, perform the ZA–Nok Move: a deliberate shift from unconscious reception to conscious construction. Stop waiting for spiritual experience. Build the spiritual faculty into your physical, rational mind.
The secret assembled
The bits and pieces reveal this: the Ten Days are not a return to Eden (unconscious unity), but the construction of a new Eden (conscious unity).
By putting ZA to sleep, Imma forces you to become fully human (rational, analytical, physical) while retaining the powers of the higher self. Each day builds one limb of Nukvah’s partzuf from the ground up — empty throne, then channel, legs, heart, arms, then brains, then crown — until, on Yom Kippur, the King sits and you are “naked and not ashamed”: conscious and unconscious face each other without the veil of exile.
Two accents, one architecture:
- Accept first: open the empty throne (Malchut) while ZA sleeps. Coronation in the world’s language.
- Grow the partzuf, then receive the crown: Hod admits; Binah cuts; Keter sits only when the kingdom can hold it. Become a source rather than easy prey.
YKVK is Elohim: above has come below. Accept first. King last. Wholeness is the goal; becoming hard to harvest is what wholeness does.
Day by day: the ZA-Nok build
Each day Imma builds one limb of Nok while ZA sleeps, from Malchut up to Keter. The move is always the same shape: what the unconscious used to do for you, the conscious self must now build. This is partzuf-construction, not a daily brain-drop.
Day 1 · Malchut (Sat 12 Sep · RH / Shabbat)
ZA “reigns” in dream-sovereignty. Nok opens the empty throne: speak I accept the King in this body, hold one sentence of acceptance in memory (no writing). Coronation in the world’s language. Not yet YKVK is Elohim. Today you become the seat.
Day 2 · Yesod (Sun 13 Sep · YT in diaspora)
ZA joins by dissolving boundaries. Nok binds a channel: one spoken covenant at the start of the build, walls intact. Speak it; write on Day 3 if needed.
Day 3 · Hod (Mon 14 Sep · Fast of Gedaliah)
ZA surrenders by dissolving. Nok surrenders by acknowledgment: speak This I do not know; write what leaks Nefesh. Confession, not the cut. A kingdom that cannot bow cannot wear a crown.
Day 4 · Netzach (Tue 15 Sep)
ZA perseveres by mood or high. Nok endures by commitment to the open throne: do the necessary thing when you do not feel like it. Two legs now stand.
Day 5 · Tiferet (Wed 16 Sep)
ZA harmonizes by grace. Nok stands in one true center on those two legs, before arms exist. One decision: this is who I am — neither collapse nor grim push.
Day 6 · Gevurah (Thu 17 Sep)
ZA withdraws by fear. Nok refuses by choice: one clear no that protects yesterday’s heart and caps the siphon. Left arm before right.
Day 7 · Chesed (Fri 18 Sep)
ZA gives by automatic feeling. Nok gives by decision from a bounded heart: one kindness you choose, that does not reopen yesterday’s gate. Finish writing before Shabbat.
Day 8 · Binah (Sat 19 Sep · Shabbat Shuva)
ZA understands by dream-logic. Nok separates in speech and thought (no writing): hear Day 3’s confession; make one cut — name what will no longer be fused to you. Teshuva’s home sefirah. The brains begin here.
Day 9 · Chokhmah (Sun 20 Sep · Erev YK)
ZA receives flashes as downloads. Nok articulates: explain one insight since the cut, step by step. Eat; write only before the fast. No crown yet — a seed for tomorrow.
Day 10 · Keter (Mon 21 Sep · Yom Kippur)
Nok receives the crown; ZA awakens. Day 1 was I accept. Today the King sits. Fast, proclaim YKVK is Elohim. At-one-ment. No writing.
